Yesterday was impossibly hot and humid here. It was one of those "just got out of the shower and now I'm ready for another one" kind of days.
Fortunately, I was craving a good sweat session. It was too hot to take Quinn for a run, so instead I jogged to the gym, lifted, and jogged home.
This definitely wasn't a quick one, so I'll have to reserve it for days I'm not in a time crunch, but it definitely wasn't boring and is a new favorite full-body workout for me!
